1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that the BeeLibli website (beelibli.com) saves on your device when you visit it. It lets the site recognize your device, remember your choices and measure how the site is used. We also refer to similar technologies: tracking pixels, device identifiers, browser local storage and built-in measurement tools.
This policy is published by Beelibli Inc., Suite 220, 4820 Chemin de la Côte-Sainte-Catherine, Montréal (Québec) H3W 1M3. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle the personal information that results.
2. The cookies we use
Essential cookies (always active). They are necessary for the site to work and stay secure: keeping your login session, protecting against fraud and attacks, remembering your cookie choices and display language. You cannot refuse them, because the site would not work properly without them. They are not used for advertising.
Audience measurement cookies (with your consent). They tell us how many people visit the site, which pages are viewed and where errors occur, so we can improve the Platform. We favour aggregated or de-identified data. Tools used: Google Analytics (Google) and Meta's measurement tools.
Marketing cookies (with your consent). They are used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you relevant BeeLibli ads on other sites or networks. Tools used: the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google Ads and YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and X, depending on current campaigns. We may add other advertising platforms; this list is then updated.
Features that locate or profile you. None is activated without your prior agreement, as required by law.
3. Your choice
Cookie banner. On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Non-essential cookies stay off until you accept them. Refusing is as easy as accepting: the banner offers a "Reject all" button as visible as "Accept all", and a detailed setting by category.
Changing your choice. You can change your mind at any time with the "Manage cookies" link in the site footer. We ask for your choice again after 12 months at the latest.
Browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). If you block essential cookies, some parts of the site may stop working, for example logging in to your account.
Do Not Track signal. When your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal or a global privacy control, we treat it as a refusal of non-essential cookies, to the extent technically possible.
4. Mobile application, third parties, changes and contact
Mobile application. The application does not use browser cookies, but it may use device identifiers and local storage to keep you logged in and measure crashes. Non-essential usage measurement and location are subject to your permission, which you manage in the application and device settings.
Third-party cookies. Some cookies are placed by our providers or partners (measurement tool, payment, advertising). They apply their own policies, and we do not control their cookies. The information collected may be processed outside Québec, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Social networks. We have @beelibli pages on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat. When you visit these pages, interact with them or click a link to these networks, the platform concerned may place its own cookies and handle your information under its own policy. We do not control this processing.
Changes. We may change this policy, for example when a new tool is added. In case of a significant change, we ask for your choice again.
