Personal Information Governance (public summary) - BeeLibli
*Courtesy translation. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.*
Beelibli Inc. protects the personal information of its Clients, Professionals and visitors. Here, in plain terms, are the rules we follow. They supplement our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.
Who is responsible
The President of Beelibli Inc. is the person in charge of the protection of personal information. You can reach them at confidentialite@beelibli.com. Each department has a responsible person, and a human being answers for every important decision.
How we protect your information
Messaging and artificial intelligence
Exchanges between Clients and Professionals in the messaging are monitored to protect both parties: fraud, harassment, safety and dispute resolution. Automated tools flag suspicious cases, but a person reviews the file and decides. We use artificial intelligence as a tool, never as a decision-maker.
If an incident occurs
We keep a register of all privacy incidents. If an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we promptly notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the persons concerned, and we correct the situation.
Your requests
You can ask to access your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or have it destroyed. We respond in writing within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Retention and destruction
We keep your information only as long as necessary, then destroy or anonymize it. The periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Training and review
Everyone who works for BeeLibli is trained in the protection of personal information and commits to confidentiality. We review these rules at least once a year.
