3. Intellectual property, links and user content
Intellectual property. The BeeLibli name, logo, design, texts, images, code and the structure of the site and application belong to Beelibli Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any reproduction, modification, automated extraction or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited. You may browse the site for personal use and share a link to its pages.
User content. Profiles, photos, descriptions and reviews are published by Clients and Professionals, who are responsible for them. BeeLibli does not endorse this content. Rights in this content remain with its author, as set out in the Terms of Use.
External links. The site and application may contain links to third-party sites (social networks, public registers, payment services). BeeLibli does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
Information on the site. We make reasonable efforts to keep published information accurate and up to date. It is provided for information only and is not legal, technical or financial advice, nor a quote.
4. Limits, reporting and governing law
Limits. To the extent permitted by law, BeeLibli is not liable for the performance of Services, the acts or omissions of Professionals, or interruptions of the site. These limits do not exclude our liability for gross or intentional fault, or rights that the law does not allow to be restricted, notably those of a consumer. The Terms of Use detail these limits.
Reporting content or behaviour. To report unlawful content, an infringement of your rights or dangerous behaviour, write to legal@beelibli.com stating the content concerned, the page address and the reason. In case of immediate danger, call 911.
Governing law. This notice is governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply. A consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile, and other disputes fall under the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
Language. This document is written in French, which prevails. An English version may be provided as a courtesy.
