How to use the BeeLibli app

Eight steps, from sign-up to guarantee. Keep this page handy for your first order.

1. 1

   Download the app and create your account

   Scan the QR code for your device or search for BeeLibli in the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with your email: we send you a 6-digit code to confirm it.

   Good to know: You can also start your order before creating an account. Nothing gets lost.
2. 2

   Complete your profile

   Add your cellphone number and your details. We call you to finish verifying your account.

   Good to know: Keep your cellphone on during the verification.
3. 3

   Describe what you need

   Pick Plumbing or Electrical, describe the problem, add photos or a video, your address and a time that works for you.

   Good to know: For major work or a large contract, use the Major work form instead.
4. 4

   Get a provisional quote

   A verified pro in your area accepts the request and sends you a price range and a time slot. Accept or decline it, no charge.

5. 5

   Follow the appointment

   The app lets you know when the pro is on the way. When they arrive, they give you a 4-digit code: enter it to confirm it’s the right person.

6. 6

   Accept the final quote

   On site, the pro checks the problem and confirms one total price. You can negotiate, decline or accept. If you accept, you pay in the app, then the work begins.

   Good to know: Your payment stays protected until 48 hours after the job.
7. 7

   Confirm or report a problem

   When the pro is done, you have 48 hours to confirm everything is right or report a problem with photos or videos. You can also rate the pro.

8. 8

   Keep your invoice and guarantee

   Your invoice with GST and QST and your 3-month guarantee certificate stay in the app. If something goes wrong, open a claim.
